What is required for DIGI Online?
- Live DIGITV / DIGI / DIGI + Cable TV Package and DIGI Net Internet or DIGI Satellite TV Package and DIGI Net Mobile Internet Subscription
- client gate registration and password created specifically for the application (https://ugyfelkapu.digi.hu/)
- playable Android devices (DIGI Online can be downloaded to devices running Android 4.0 or higher (tablet, smartphone, or smartphone).)
- seamless broadband internet connection (via wired, wifi or cellular network)
How to use DIGI Online?
1.) Log in to your Client Gate Account If you do not have a Client Gate account or have not yet subscribed to your account, you can do so quickly and easily at this page: https://ugyfelkapu.digi.hu/. For full registration you will need your Subscriber Agreement and your last DIGI account serial number.
2.) Create your DIGI Online Passwords in the Customer Portal / Administration / DIGI Online / New Password menu. If your registration is successful, the Gateway will check if you have a TV and Internet subscription. If these conditions are fulfilled, a menu item DIGI Online will be displayed. In this menu you can create the password required to use the DIGI Online application. With one gateway registration, you can create up to 3 different DIGI Online passwords, one password can be transferred to different devices one after the other, and three different devices can watch TV programs simultaneously.
3.) Download our DIGI Online app on your mobile device from the Google Play Store (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=en.digi.online.v4)
4.) Enter the client gateway username (account name or email address) + one of the three passwords you can create for DIGI Online within the client gateway to log in to the application.
5.) Select a show and one of four qualities: LQ / MQ / HQ / HD = Low / Medium / High / HD
6.) Now you can watch our digital channels anytime, anywhere! When the application is restarted, it automatically connects with the given username and password. Of course, you will have to log in again if you log out.
The DIGI Online service will be available from October 1, 2015. DIGI Online operates exclusively through a domestic Internet network and requires continuous broadband internet connection. The recommended bandwidth is at least 384kbps (quality dependent). Playing content generates data traffic. Any costs that may arise from network traffic will be borne by the service user.
